Shipping and Returns
Shipping is free to the Continental United States. An additional charge will be added to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and will be visible at checkout.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.
International shipping is not currently available at this time.
All returns are welcome for any reason, but refunds will not be given if correct refund procedures are not followed.
All returns REQUIRE an authorization number and will NOT be processed without one. Items ship from various warehouses across the United States and therefore must be returned to their location of origination. Do not ship items back without first acquiring an RMA # and shipping location/instructions. You can request a return by emailing email@example.com or by filling out the contact form on this site.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived damaged or defective.
